Course Bookings Terms and Conditions

Provisional Bookings Provisional bookings must be confirmed in writing, via email or telephone within 7 days of initial contact. Failure to do so may result in your course dates being given to another client.

Confirmed Bookings After your booking confirmation is received a legally binding contract is formed and these terms and conditions shall apply.

Course Fees All course fees are payable upon receipt of training and an invoice will be sent to you (UK clients only). Certificates will be produced for all training courses on receipt of payment in full

Delegate Substitutions There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate. Please inform us of any change prior to training.

Cancelling Bookings For cancellations received the following charges apply:

• Over 21 working days before the event, no charge will be made
• Between 7-21 working days prior to the start date, a charge of 25% of the course fee will be payable
• Less than 7 working days prior to the start date, a charge of 50% of the course fee will be charged

Cancellation/Amendment of Courses Kent Safety Training courses are constantly reviewed and improved and therefore we reserve the right to alter course content without prior notice.

Kent Safety Training reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Kent Safety Training reserves the right to change the venue at any time and without prior notice from that agreed.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
